Position Title: Executive Assistant - Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer
The Executive Assistant performs, coordinates, and oversees technical and administrative support functions for the Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer (SVP and CDO). This position works in a robust and highly productive team environment. This position provides highly sensitive, proprietary and confidential support to the SVP and CDO. The responsibilities require the exercise of independent judgment and sufficient technical knowledge of the specific corporate division. The Executive Assistant must be able to work independently with moderate supervision, be well organized, flexible, proactive, resourceful, self-motivated and efficient. She/he must have expert written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making and critical thinking ability with a high level of attention to detail. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office. The SVP and CDO manages a goal-oriented team and other departments.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree required. At least three years' executive assistant or administrative experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Supports Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer (SVP and CDO) to ensure overall departments' success and organizational goals are met or exceeded on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis
Daily administrative support of SVP and CDO, including:
Calendar and email maintenance
Entertainment and travel planning
Meeting and presentation planning/preparation
Verbal and written communication with team members and internal constituents as needed/requested
Handles correspondence with prospects, donors and community leaders on behalf of SVP and CDO
Manages routine stewardship communication
Drafts and prepares Development proposals, Letters of Intent and UTFI Gift Agreements for review and submission by SVP and CDO
Attends internal meetings, recording notes and minutes
Provides proactive planning for SVP and CDO on a daily basis
Manages consultant planning as needed
Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years experience supporting multiple executives.
Executive assistant or administrative experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting.
