Like shopping at Trader Joe's? Then, maybe you'll love working with us. We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is searching to do what they'll love! Do you have experience supporting multiple C-Level Executives? Do you love food? If so, read on! We may have the role of a lifetime for you!

Trader Joe's is unlike any place you've ever worked. Trust us on that. The qualified Executive Assistant has at least 3 years of administrative support experience and is a raving fan of the Trader Joe's concept. A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred. This role is based in our office in Monrovia, CA.

The Executive Assistant has:

• 3-7 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives.

• Confident interacting and communicating with senior executives; experience preparing for executive-level meetings.

• A high degree of professionalism, integrity, discretion, initiative and emotional maturity.

• High level of follow-through, reliability, and extremely detail-oriented.

• Ability to anticipate needs and be proactive.

• Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, and a working knowledge of Excel.

• Works independently, with proven ability to handle competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of client service and response.

• Experience in booking travel, transportation, and creating complex itineraries.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Able to make decisions and problem-solve under pressure with grace.

• Ability to work on-site in an office 5 days a week during normal business hours.
