The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Position will sit on the main campus at Reading Hospital.



  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree: BS/BA or commensurate experience (Required)

  • 5+ or more years of administration experience in a high profile environment (Required)

  • 5+ or more years of experience providing complex, confidential administrative support for an executive (Required)

  • Experience working in Healthcare or a related field (Preferred).

  • Required Skills:
    Expert level written and verbal communication skills; Excellent Interpersonal Skills; Excellent Customer Service Skills;

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); Multi Line Telephone Operational Skills; Ability to Type Proficiently; Ability to multi-task; Ability to work independently with little to no supervision;

  • Highly organized and detail oriented;

  • Ability to work under stress remain cool under pressure; Professional and confidential;

  • Resourceful and efficient.
