Executive Assistant

Responsibilities include:

• Travel, via car or plane, to our various site locations throughout, PA, OH, NY, and FL up to 50% or more depending on demand
• Schedule and attend meetings along with managing CEO schedule
• Assist with personal tasks such as scheduling appointments, travel, meals, etc.
• Be available to take calls and delegate tasks

• Valid DL with clean driving record
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task
• Flexible with schedule
• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Self-discipline and effective time management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Job Type: Full-time, M-F, must have a flexible schedule to take an evening call as needed

• Compensation: $50K
