Serve as the executive assistant to the Dean of the College of Business (CoB). Manage Dean's Office operations, facilitate college-wide administrative processes, and ensure timely and effective communication, project coordination, and scheduling. Duties include supporting the activities of the dean, associate dean, director of program development and external engagement, and other members of the CoB leadership team; supervising student and other part-time workers; coordinating and facilitating faculty, staff, college-wide committee, board, and clerical meetings, and retreats; and assisting with planning and implementation of conferences and events. Other responsibilities include reviewing and distributing correspondence; preparing spreadsheets and organizing data and information; updating digital signage, event calendars, and websites; coordinating and administering Senior Exit Exams and certification testing; and performing other administrative duties.

Essential Functions
Manage Dean's Office activities and administrative processes; set meetings and assist students, faculty, staff, and external constituents. Prepare and distribute correspondence and timely information via digital signage, email, minutes, master calendar, and the CoB website.
Assist with budget revisions, PAFs, work orders, and personnel/payroll processes; review/process Eagle Buy, Chrome River, travel, and other approvals. Support the dean, associate dean, and director of program development and external engagement; coordinate advisory board, executive committee, strategic planning, and chair meetings; and facilitate events and activities. Supervise students and other part-time workers; coordinate and lead college-wide administrative staff activities; triage problems, answer questions, and provide information and solutions for faculty, staff, and students.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with at least three years of related professional experience, an associate's degree from an accredited institution with at least five years of related professional experience, or a high school diploma with at least seven years of related professional experience. Certification(s), training, or equivalent experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software systems; proficiency using MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
Experience preparing written documents and correspondence; experience using technology and working in an interactive team-oriented environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Five years of direct experience in an administrative assistant, coordinator, or managerial role in a service-oriented setting is preferred.
Work Hours
Generally, 8 am to 4:30 pm
