Clearwater positions open to candidates located in greater Tampa Bay area.

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at KnowBe4 will handle daily tasks supporting the CMO and the Marketing/SDR teams. Responsibilities include proactive calendar management, travel coordination, event planning, and managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines. Confidentiality, sound judgment, and discretion are essential. The role involves close collaboration with other internal and external teams and executive leadership. The Ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and resourceful.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CMO's daily schedule - coordinate all meetings, including but not limited to, team meetings, offsite meetings including customer, partner, media, analyst and other meetings across global time zones.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, process expense reports, and assist with management of budget needs.

  • Assist with fielding CMO's speaking requests and compilation of presentations for internal and external meetings, conferences, and briefings.

  • Minutes and Agile Marketing Sprint project plan administration.

  • Anticipate the CMO's needs and proactively assemble the appropriate people and resources to solve problems.

  • Field incoming requests, exercise strong judgment and discretion with highly confidential information.

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure communication is efficient and clear between teams.

  • Organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple work activities with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

  • Providing backup support for other AAs/EAs in the department

  • Having a pulse on team morale and needs to cultivate culture and community within the team.

  • Run Salesforce, HubSpot, and other system reports to confirm accuracy of statistics and leads received.

  • Backup assist with management of the Marketing email inbox and route correspondence appropriately

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree a plus or equivalent work experience

  • Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) or Microsoft Office

  • Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, X, etc.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM system a plus

  • Knowledge of HubSpot or other marketing automation a plus

  • Familiarity with Agile Marketing or Agile development principles a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communications

  • Excellent time management and organization skills

  • Superior customer service skills

  • Team oriented with strong collaborative skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Willing to go the extra mile
