Primary Purpose:
Provides administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and acts on behalf of the CFO and the Bank in a manner that reflects the Bank's priorities and the Bank's mission, goals and values.
Essential Responsibilities:
Reviews and evaluates all requests and communications to the CFO and where appropriate, schedules meetings, summarizes action items, prepares responses and/or redirects to appropriate channel
In coordination with CFO, prepares agenda for meetings and takes minutes; follows up with issues requiring response or action as needed
Able to represent Towne and the CFO with various investors and investor representatives, exhibiting the warmth and hospitality typical of Towne via phone or in person
Handles sensitive issues that require extreme confidentiality
Performs other duties as assigned
Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent customer service skills and telephone manners
Proven ability to independently perform duties with confidentiality and accuracy
Demonstrated ability to evaluate situations, exercise independent judgment and make recommendations/ decisions as necessary
Excellent time-management, prioritization and organizational skills
Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Flexible as demands and priorities change
Ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality and judgment in dealing with sensitive issues
Ability to interpret and apply policies and guidelines effectively and accurately
Strong oral and written communication skills
Physical Requirements:
Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time.
Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
