If you're a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills, Doane University is looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to support the Chief Academic Officer and the Office of Academic Affairs on our Crete Campus!
As the Executive Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in providing essential administrative support to the Chief Academic Officer and the Office of Academic Affairs. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, organizing information, facilitating communication both internally and externally, coordinating events, maintaining calendars, managing records, and ensuring the efficient flow of operations within the division.

FLSA Hourly (Non-exempt) Salary The pay is determined by experience and ranges from $19.50 - $22.50 Minimum Required Qualifications
An associate's degree plus one year of experience working in an administrative assistant/executive assistant role.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of constituencies inside and outside the university.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to compose correspondence with attention to detail and accuracy. High level of proficiency in the use of computer software including Microsoft Office, G-suite, Zoom, spreadsheets, and other Internet applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with frequent interruption and remain calm under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, and manage competing demands and details with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workflow, and work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction/supervision.
Work well independently as well as part of a team
Demonstrates professional maturity and judgment, including the security and confidentiality of time-sensitive materials
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Bilingual in English/Spanish.
