We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO in Raleigh, NC to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Human Resources Officer (CRHO). The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational skills who can manage multiple priorities and confidential information with discretion. This is a full-time position, typically in the office Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and maintain schedules, including scheduling appointments, and meetings.
Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, briefing materials, and presentations.
Track, manage, report, analyze CEO's time allocation to ensure highest and best use of time.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage CEO's and CHRO's expenses and prepare expense reports.
Plan and organize events, meetings, and team-building activities for senior leadership team and HR organization.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
Assist in the planning, preparation, and logistical execution of board events.
Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively provide administrative support to enhance productivity.
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems.
High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
