We are looking for someone to provide assistance to both the CEO of ONEHOPE as well as additional management helping to run ONEHOPE's flagship property. You should thoroughly enjoy providing excellent customer service, & have strong relationship management, communication and organization skills. This position is located in the Rutherford AVA of the Napa Valley

You'll be responsible for communicating efficiently with the ESTATE 8 team and providing support and assistance to the ESTATE 8 Vineyard Investment Partners. Your schedule will flex depending on the work rate and needs of the CEO as well as the number of private events and guests being hosted during different times of the year. You will have the opportunity to work from home when not needed on site.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support CEO with on-site appointments, managing calendar & requests for appointments; manage other requests as needed.

  • Manage & assist in organizing GraceSoft calendar ( system for CEO hosting teammates, key partners, and Vineyard Investment Partners). Includes:

  • Reviewing, tracking and managing stays.

  • Ensuring each VIP has an updated information on file.

  • Coordinating with VIPs and CEO pre-arrival and consistently providing policy awareness for the entire property.

  • Assist with arrivals and departures for partners, friends, and family at Private Residence. This includes being present when needed on site and preparing for any special needs.

  • Manage housekeeping inventory needs (supplies, bedding, toiletries, etc).

  • Flexible schedule; able to work remotely when not needed on the property.

  • Work closely with ESTATE 8 community to understand special requests and communicate updates on property and growing community.

  • Assist with Napa community outreach with local restaurants, hotels, and winery partners.

  • Assists with private and public events related to ONEHOPE's Flagship property located in Napa.

Experience and Skills Needed

  • Hospitality experience with wineries/ hotels/ events preferred, but not required

  • Exceptional writing abilities to communicate with CEO's personal and professional relationships.

  • Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Requires basic software knowledge.

  • Must be able to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, not required, but preferred.

  • Preferably lives in Napa or neighboring county.

The Teller 2 creates and develops a positive relationship with Citi's clients and delivers solutions by identifying referral opportunities for new products and services based on the customer's financial goals.
