Our client, a boutique, biotech focused VC firm located in Midtown Manhattan, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to help provide support to their 2 co-founders and team. This person will provide administrative support which will include calendar management, scheduling, travel arrangements and expense reports. In addition, this person will oversee the office overall and make sure everything is running smoothly. This person should have at least 3-5 years of administrative experience, ideally out of life sciences, or with a passion for the healthcare world. RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle heavy scheduling for internal and external meetings
Calendar management and rearranging conflicts as needed
Arrange domestic and international travel with itineraries
Collect all travel-related expense receipts and prepare expense reports for reimbursement
Take inventory and order office and pantry supplies
Conference room coordination.
Liaise with building, IT and other vendors
Register guests for the building
Light personal work as needed
Additional ad hoc projects
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
3-5+ years of administrative experience (related field a plus)
Scheduling guru
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Excellent written and oral communication skills

SALARY $110-130K base + discretionary bonusHOURS8:30am-5:30pm #IND1
