In Office 2-3 days Schedule: 7am-4pm M-F We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join a stable and growing team in the Insurance industry Our client is a nationwide family-owned company at the forefront of claims administration since 1976, and they are looking for an Executive Assistant to support three executives temporarily during a team member's leave. As an Executive Assistant, you'll take on a wide range of responsibilities, from managing executive communications to driving creative projects. Youll also play a crucial role in streamlining processes, turning data into visual presentations, and enhancing branding materials.

From handling personal errands to filing expense reports, youll ensure everything runs smoothly. Document Formatting and Creative Projects: Transform basic documents and spreadsheets into branded, visually appealing materials using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.

Ensure all content aligns with company branding guidelines and aesthetics. Communication Management: Take charge of executive communications, including managing emails on their behalf and acting as a vital link between internal teams and external partners.

Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate high-level meetings by preparing agendas, reports, PowerPoint slides, and minutes, ensuring every detail is in place. Travel Planning:

Plan and book comprehensivetravel arrangements, providing real-time support for any last-minute changes to keep things on track. Brand and Culture Promotion: Be a company culture ambassador, representingthebrand and team at industry events, and helping to foster a positive workplace environment.

Marketing Support: Keepthemarketing calendar on track, assist with marketing initiatives, and coordinate branded gift send-outs to strengthen market presence. Documentation and CRM:

Maintain a well-organized e-file system and support CRM activities, ensuring everything is streamlined andup-to-date. Key Qualifications HS Diploma or equivalent required, degree a plus 2years experienceas an EA Strong skills in problem-solving, document formatting, and light graphic design Proficient with tools like Photoshop, Canva, and Excel for creating charts and presentations. Skilled with calendar management, organization, and project management.

Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Professional and approachable demeanor, ready to interact with team members of all levels. Reliable and discreet, with high ethical standards.
