The Executive Assistant for two c-suite executives and corporate communications who is the face of the office and the corporation to employees, customers, board members and the external community. As such, the person in this role must:

  • Present themselves with the highest standards of professionalism in a positive, courteous and highly competent demeanor

  • Provide diverse administrative, secretarial and clerical services to members of the executive and management team

  • Effectively interact with executives, their executive assistants and other high-level contacts inside and outside of the organization. Develop and maintain a familiarity with relevant projects with which the contacts are involved and develop working relationships with both internal and external individuals involved in each project.

  • Support corporate events, board meetings and executive meetings which may include meeting logistics, interactions with vendors, and providing proper refreshments or support as needed

  • Initially compose routine correspondence; research, compile and prepare informational reports in usable and clear formats. Prepare and revise documents, correspondence and other reports. Accurately prepare presentation materials and spreadsheets.

  • Maintain calendars and staff contact information.

  • Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries; compile documents for travel related meetings for executive staff.

  • Provide general office duties including mail distribution, telephone coverage, expense report processing, copying, faxing, and maintaining supplies

  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years as an Executive Assistant
