  • Expense Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit expense reports for the SVP.

  • Calendar Management:

  • Manage the SVP's calendar and schedule meetings.

  • Request travel arrangements from Travel Inc for the SVP.

  • Internal company system (SORT) Administration:

  • Add new users to the SORT system.

  • Create Excel and PowerPoint reports, including 2-page summaries.

  • Review and manage inactive users within SORT.

  • Generate and manage reports from the SORT system.

  • Office Supplies, Facilities and Orders:

  • Manage supply orders and business card orders.

  • Review and manage facilities inquiries and requests for Plymouth, MI building.

  • Coordinate facilities tours to the Plymouth building team.

  • Meeting and Event Coordination:

  • Set up meetings and lunches for various events including Material Congress, Innovation Fair US, DFSS training, and Leadership Workshops.

  • Coordinate team-building events for the SVP.

Qualificationsarrow_right

  • Associate degree (various disciplines) or 5+ years comparable experience.

  • 3-5+ years' experience interfacing with Senior and C Suite Level Executives.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is required.

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Name Manager, VLOOKUP, Index, and basic VBA to support creating reports.

  • Advanced Microsoft WORD skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.

  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally to host events as required (10%).

  • Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
