Developers and companies around the world build on it, and the SDF team is expanding to support the rapidly growing and changing Stellar ecosystem.
We are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant with previous experience partnering with C-level Executives to assist our company's CEO and broader leadership team on a variety of administrative tasks, travel logistics, events, and projects.
Our environment is fast-paced and projects are often time-sensitive or confidential. We are looking for someone with strong time management skills who is able to work independently and with the utmost discretion and manage projects to completion with limited guidance. The person in this role should be hyper-organized, creative, an exceptional communicator, and have excellent decision making abilities. They should also have prior experience with complex travel planning and calendar management as both are important components of this role.
This position is based in our SF location and will require attendance in our office 3 days per week.
In this role you will:
Provide day to day strategic, complex, and detailed administrative support to our CEO, whose busy schedule not only includes her responsibilities at the organization but also as an active member of several outside boards
Be a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring they are productive and effective with your support and management of their time and priorities
Coordinate and schedule a high volume of meetings and calls with multiple internal and external participants, including quarterly board meetings
Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel arrangements for the CEO
Keep track of expenses and offer cost effective alternatives for events and special projects
Be expected to maintain confidentiality and utilize discretion at all times as you will often be in possession of highly sensitive information
Collaborate with the People Team and Chief of Staff on logistics and scheduling for executive team off-sites, speaking events, conferences, and our annual company retreat
Proactively identify key priorities, meet all assigned deadlines, and prepare high quality project deliverables such as briefing documents and presentation decks
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience providing support at the executive level
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
Highly organized and efficient with extraordinary attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to respond accordingly
Extraordinary discretion and judgment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of several types of travel platforms for booking flights and hotel reservations
Expertise with Google Suite including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Forms, and Sheets
Working knowledge of Ramp or other corporate card and expense management platforms
We offer competitive pay with a base salary range for this position of $120,000 - $150,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, we offer lumen-denominated grants along with the following perks and benefits:
