The Executive Assistant provides thorough, well-organized and timely administrative support in alignment and compliance with administrative best practice procedures.


  • Team Lead for the Admin Assistants in Space Systems Group

  • Acts as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external customers

  • Provides an exceptional level of customer service while receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence

  • Accurately maintains calendar details; arranges meetings and appointments; provides timely reminders and ensures stakeholder awareness in support of these activities

  • Organizes travel, conferences and events in alignment with corporate expectations and in a timely, efficient manner

  • Conserves the executives' time and assists in their daily handling of high-volume, critical and strategic tasking by reading, and routing correspondence; initiating and drafting communications; collecting and analyzing information

  • Exercises discretion and judgment; maintains internal/external customer confidentiality while carrying out general directions; ability to plan, and expand on ideas and concepts; resourceful and creative project planning and problem resolution

  • Compliant preparation of purchase requests (PR), expense reports (ER) and credit card reconciliation reports

  • Maintain corporate administrative standards for email, teamrooms (post, route, edit documents), calendar, contacts and travel compliance

  • Proficient utilization of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio to create, edit and prepare documents, to include organization and seating charts, presentations, spreadsheets, briefings, memos and other correspondence


  • Responsible for thoughtful adherence to all SNC Policies, Procedures, and Compliance regulations (internal and external)
  • Responsible for timely execution of all personnel-related activities such as Time Sheet completion, Performance Evaluation, Salary Reviews, Succession Planning, etc.


  • Minimum physical requirements to perform all duties and responsibilities, as defined by management

  • AA Degree. Relevant work experience may substitute for required education

  • 2+ years' experience of office administration and support of executive leadership in a high-tech, fast paced environment

  • Must have high degree of confidentiality when handling confidential letters, memos, correspondence and company-confidential documents

  • Must be extremely dynamic, demonstrate initiative and have ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment; position requires extensive organizational skills and the ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously with interruption

  • Experience in office administration and support of executive leadership in a high-tech, fast paced environment desired

  • Proven Interpersonal communication skills; possess the ability to work with people at all levels internal/external to the organization

  • Must be able to interpret the intent of available guidelines and use considerable judgment in applying them to individual situations

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools

  • Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of personal computers, facsimile machine, and various copy machines required

  • Minimum Fundamental Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities as stated in SNC's Responsibility Matrix

Qualifications JOB SPECIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate competency in the criteria listed in this job description. The specifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability to meet the minimum requirements for this position. Staff must demonstrate flexibility for reassignment to provide care to varied populations including adults and dually diagnosed patients in an inpatient and partial hospital setting. Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology or Social Services related field required, licensure preferred. Experience: Prior experience working with a psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an inpatient setting. Licensure/Certification: LCSW, LPC, LP preferred. (CAC II/ CAC III required for Chemical Dependency Group Facilitator). DBT, Dialectical behavior therapist, required. Knowledge: Prefer knowledge of management, supervision, patient case management, discharge planning, group leadership skills, age specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management, family therapy theory and practice. Supervision Received: Director of Clinical Services Environmental Conditions: Exposure to psychiatric patients who may exhibit violent/aggressive behavior. Potential for exposure to communicable diseases, blood/body fluids and other hazardous waste. General hospital environment. Loss Control Safety Standards: I will adhere to all safety policies and safe work practices. I will attend hospital safety trainings. I will adhere to all hospital policies and procedures and report all accidents immediately to my supervisor. Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Physical agility to manage patients. Push, pull and lift up to 40 pounds. Intermittent sitting, standing, walking, bending and stooping. Drug and alcohol free as evidenced by negative results of post-offer, pre-employment urine drug screen.
