We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Security & Resiliency team, based in Round Rock, TX or Hopkinton, MA. This role will report to the Vice President of Strategy & Business Operations, Security & Resiliency, and will perform executive-level administrative support for members of the Security & Resiliency Office's senior leadership team. In this role, you will be principally responsible to perform administrative functions with a strong focus on scheduling, travel planning and expense report management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily scheduling and coordinate related arrangements

  • Lead and manage end-to-end travel planning, including international travel, and coordinate related arrangements

  • Prepare and process expense reports

  • Receive and manage visitors with proud ownership of the responsibility to shape first impressions

  • Support the preparation of presentations and other work products at a level of quality appropriate for consumption by internal and external senior executives

  • Support the planning of team building events, such as off-sites and social gatherings

  • Identify areas of risk/opportunities and influence and implement continuous improvements

  • Perform other administrative duties as required

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years of equivalent or relevant work experience

  • Unwavering attention to detail and organizational skills are essential

  • Ability to maintain a professional image and demonstrate sound judgment at all times

  • Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion in all facets of the role

  • Ability to manage numerous tasks involving competing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with limited direction

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Seasoned communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to devise and implement processes and process improvements in order to increase daily efficiency and effectiveness

  • Experience managing moderately complex projects both independent and those requiring staff participation ensuring their successful end-to-end delivery

  • Extensive experience with digital calendaring tools (e.g. MS Outlook)

  • Experience with MS PowerPoint and Excel

We are currently seeking a Security Engineering Manager to join our Security & Resiliency team, based in Hopkinton, MA or Round Rock, TX. The ideal candidate will join the Dell Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT), a function of the Product & Application Security. The Dell PSIRT is chartered and responsible for coordinating the response and disclosure for product and application vulnerabilities that are reported to Dell. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: * Manages a team of security and software engineers to drive vulnerabilities to resolution working with cross-functional teams * Provides leadership, mentorship and technical direction for a distributed team of passionate and highly motivated individuals * Builds strong relationships with the PSIRT operations team, SDL (Secure Development Lifecycle) teams, product and application engineering teams * Participates and collaborates with leadership to define, strategize and deliver technical controls and solutions for the organization * Oversees, manages, and prioritizes agreed upon security engineering goals; identifies and removes issues, conflicts, and dependencies * Conducts security reviews, consultations, and provides technical subject matter expertise to engineering organizations on validating and mitigating application security vulnerabilities * Conducts technical root cause analysis on Dell product and application vulnerabilities and coordinates with internal resources to create a technical position statement on these for Dell engineering organization consumption * Defines and generates technical reports for the program * Collaborates with other team members to develop tools and services for the rollout of secure product development at Dell * Leads the tool automation and development initiatives for the team * Provides recommendations to senior management on strategic issues based on domain and technical expertise and knowledge of industry trends combined with business needs * Ensures the development and maintenance of technical documentation and guidance * Proactively engages internal and external partners to identify business needs and opportunities on an ongoing basis * Acts as a Dell representative to collaborate with other industry experts on the security engineering domain to represent and solidify Dell's thought leadership in the domain * Responsible for hiring, staffing, and development of a diverse and effective workforce * Responsible for career development/planning and performance discussions of team members * Provides autonomy to individual contributors while empowering and encouraging collaboration with other security teams across the organization Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field with 12+ years relevant experience; or Master's degree with 8+ years relevant experience; or equivalent experience * 10+ years of progressive experience within a software/development security team or a similar operating environment, including 5+ years of experience leading, managing & developing high-performance engineering teams * Experience managing remote employees around the globe * Practical experience across the full cycle of incident response * Possess a deep understanding of the application, system, and network security * Hands-on knowledge of information security technologies such as security design review, threat modeling, code review, risk analysis, and software testing techniques * Ability to explain complex security issues to analysts, engineers, managers, and executives * Strong information security risk-based prioritization abilities * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to create, expand, motivate, and inspire teams * Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration across organizations and geographies * Ability to drive complex, cross-organizational initiatives through the influencing of and negotiation with stakeholders who at times may hold competing priorities * Results-driven and accountability-minded Benefits We offer highly competitive salaries, bonus programs, world-class benefits, and unparalleled growth and development opportunities — all to create a compelling and rewarding work environment.
