As part of a small, hardworking and accomplished team of specialists, you will support in the development of spaceflight vehicles. We are seeking a proactive individual with excellent administrative and organizational skills that can thrive in a fast paced environment supporting the SVP of HR. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Strong work tenure: ive to ten years of experience supporting senior level executives, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point),
Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and high customer service capabilities and delivery
Administrative skills, organizational skills and problem-solving skills. A bias for action.
Emotional maturity; positive, low-stress behavior, in words and actions
Proven track record of handling confidential information with discretion
