We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant who will work with a dynamic group of Executive Leaders by providing administrative support for the Vice President of Finance and Senior Vice President of Field Operations. This position deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization and must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information/situations, complex activities and high-level corporate information; independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of administrative executive experience. Additional requirements include high proficiency with MS office applications, advanced communication skills both written and verbal, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and advanced organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
