A Private Equity firm in Boston is looking for an Executive Assistant to support two Co-Founders. This role is on a hybrid schedule, being in-office four days/week in the Back Bay area.
This hire will offer classic EA support while also being an early hire, therefor an all-hands-on-deck mentality is important. The ideal candidate will understand the fast pace and operational cadence within a highly successful investment firm and be willing to flex into an office manager profile as needed, as the office and team grows. Responsibilities: Calendar Management Travel Coordination Expense Reporting Inventory/Ordering of supplies Event/Conference Planning Ad Hoc projects This role is for an Executive Assistant that wants to elevate their career to the next level, is proactive with an entrepreneurial energy, and is passionate about their work.
