We are looking for someone with proven excellence in an Executive Assistant role supporting Senior-Level Management (i.e. Senior Directors, Senior VP's, Divisional VP's, etc.) and C-Suite Executives. This role will support our Vice President of Teammate Experience. Articulate written and verbal communication, the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and the flexibility to work long hours is a must! DaVita is looking for an individual who will go above and beyond to extend the highest level of service possible. 'Thinking outside the box' to make things happen are key traits for this person.

As an Executive Assistant, you are clever, resourceful and independently driven. You know how to take the ball and roll with it. You have the ability to Get Stuff Done; or GSD as we call it. This is the perfect role for someone who is assertive,organized and able to decisively make well thought out decisions and run with them. We will also be sure to put your multi-tasking skills to the test!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Must be high energy with the ability to output and prioritize large volumes of information

  • High volume of scheduling, meeting/event planning and travel itineraries

  • Must serve the organization and outside constituencies

  • Act as a project manager for special projects, which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations, dissemination of information and any other special tasks as assigned

  • Handle and route confidential and non-routine documents and information

  • Must be able to work flexible hours - available on weekends as needed

  • Willingness to work overtime

  • Other duties as assigned


  • Minimum 5 years in a dedicated administrative support role

  • Preferred experience supporting Vice President and above leadership

The right candidate will provide high-level administrative support and can work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors. Discretion and diplomacy are paramount due to the level of confidentiality needed. Performance of all executive assistant duties must demonstrate empathy and intellect, including attention to detail, accuracy, timeliness, kindness and quality. Requires strong computer and research skills, excellent interpersonal abilities and project coordination experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES * Performing office and administrative duties to assist executive management * Screening calls, managing calendars, making travel, meeting and event arrangements * Preparing reports and financial data * Travel, meeting, conference and event arrangements * Meeting scheduling, agenda and minutes responsibilities, including Board of Directors and Shareholder meetings * Report generation and distribution for Employee Contact List, Cap Index, Intellishop and other requested reports * Communication support to senior leadership * Management of office supplies (ordering, inventory, discount program), shipping, mail receipt and distribution * Vendor management for travel program, office supplies, and other related relationships * Handle procurement of marketing and other materials (e.g. business cards, logo items, office equipment, etc.) * Management of charitable contributions * Provide notary services * Welcome and support for office guests OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Project support * Develop and maintain filing systems * Provide secondary support to reception desk, licensing and business development * This job description is not all encompassing and the position will be required to perform other related work as requested and required. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's Degree plus two years of administrative support experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Able to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of internal and external individuals including employees, clients, prospects, vendors and sales representatives. * Expert level skills in Word, Outlook, and on-line meeting systems. * Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint. * Basic math skills. * Proficient with basic office machines to include, but not limited to, copiers, scanners, printers and binding machines. * Demonstrated ability to utilize high levels of discretion and confidentiality. PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT This is a full-time position. Work hours may vary depending on project deadlines, and the needs of the company. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Environment may be fast paced and stressful. While performing the duties of this job, the employee spends most time sitting and is occasionally required to stand or walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; or stoop, kneel, or crouch; taste or smell.
