Job Description Summary:
Our Growth Marketing Team is seeking a highly competent Executive Assistant to support two Marketing Vice Presidents with sizable global teams. In this role you must be extraordinarily capable of juggling diverse responsibilities with tact, flexibility and humour. Reporting to the Marketing Planning & Team Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and enabling a high-performance team of marketing leaders and providing connectivity to Sales, Product and other organizations across PayPal.
Success in this role is when you anticipate the needs of the GMLT executives and take the initiative to solve problems independently, whilst managing multiple calendars and emails displaying appropriate judgment. In addition, you will be expected to proactively identify opportunities to make the GMLT executives and their teams more efficient over the long term.

Key Areas of Responsibilities
Operating Cadence and Accountability
Anticipate needs and provide high-level, tailored administrative support to executives
Precise execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization and process
Manage schedules in such a way that the executive can complete their obligations in an organized, efficient way
Facilitate meetings by structuring meeting purpose, agenda and organizing work streams
Prioritize and lead multiple projects at a time, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Manage expenses and travel arrangements expeditiously and accurately
Understand and help to execute your team's people and business priorities and processes
Team Connectivity and Communication
Manage cadence of team All Hands and meeting forums and provide logistical support to run presentations through MS Teams and handle Q&A through tools like Slido.
Update and maintain centralized information and resources for the Growth Marketing Leadership Team and the Growth Marketing organization
Manage ad-hoc Growth Marketing Leadership Team related workstreams as needed
Send quality org-wide communications on Marketing Leader's behalf
Build productive and positive relationships across Growth Marketing and across key stakeholder functions. Foster strong relationships and trust with fellow Executive Assistants.
Partner closely with the executive assistants within the marketing organization and admins across the company to plan and execute meetings and events
Event organization and management of team off-sites and events
Create and drive engagement and wellness initiatives across the team
Experience and Skills
You have a minimum 5 years' EA experience, working in marketing preferred
You are a self-starter that can operate independently, and have experience supporting Executives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
You have experience handling tight deadlines, last-minute changes and can adapt quickly while remaining flexible
You have excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and influencing skills to build trust and lasting partnerships with diverse global teams
You have outstanding planning and organisational skills
You can demonstrate strong calendar management skills, including coordination of complex executive meetings
You are always approachable and helpful, knowing when and how to block and tackle for your executive.
You are outcomes orientated and drive for results
You communicate clearly, succinctly, and effectively, in both speaking and writing.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail capabilities
