The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. He/She will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties and providing support to the CEO.
Given the changing nature of the executive landscape, flexibility and foresight, while maintaining confidences related to high-level systems and operations is critical. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities: With a primary responsibility of supporting the CEO, also provide support to the executive team as directed by the CEO to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently Maintain and enhance internal processes that support executives across the company, coordinating both internal and external resources to streamline workflow for the CEO Manage professional and personal scheduling for the CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements (both private and commercial), client management, and other company logistics Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives Plan meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly and efficiently Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business Understand and interpret financial reports to provide accurate information and insights to the CEO and executive team Utilize a strong understanding of technology support systems to assist in the smooth operation of executive functions Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
