In this role, you will draw on your go-getter attitude, experience, and versatile skill set to ensure that our companys workflow runs smoothly. Your responsibilities include executive meeting coordination and support, organizing performance and financial reports, communication by proxy, event management, and basic project management. You function as the liaison between multiple teams, often driving key initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you must be proactive, open to new challenges, meet deadlines, communicate effectively, and a great team player.
Our ideal candidate has previous experience as an Executive Assistant and is familiar with office management technologies and can effectively work in person and remote.
