Your responsibilities include executive meeting coordination and support, organizing performance and financial reports, communication by proxy, event management, and basic project management. You function as the liaison between multiple teams, often driving key initiatives.

Our ideal candidate has previous experience as an Executive Assistant and is familiar with office management technologies and can effectively work in person and remote.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with executive team to fulfill responsibilities both in person and remote
  • Model and promote exceptional leadership, communication and collaboration at all levels
  • Coordinate daily calendars of executive team
  • Plan appointments and events
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients
  • Clarify, prioritize, and drive commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability
  • Project management
  • Create and maintain regular reports
  • Make and manage travel arrangements
  • Manage phone calls and emails
  • Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions
  • Review and recommend changes to Company policies


  • Proven work experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
  • Knowledge of office procedures and basic project management
  • Solid experience with office management systems
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems
  • Strong communication skills (via phone, email, messaging and in-person)
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
  • Tech savvy

Internet Requirements for Remote Work from Home Office:

  • Minimum internet speed of 20mbps download and 10mbps upload.
  • Work as close as possible to modem/router to ensure good signal strength, or the ability to move closer to the modem/router.
