Position Summary:

Working from our office or from your home if you reside elsewhere in Oregon, the Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. The Executive Assistant may also train and supervise Administrative Assistants.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into the online student information system;
  • Generate reports;
  • Answer phones;
  • Schedule appointments;
  • Speak with Parents and Students;
  • Manage the Administrative Assistant Team;
  • Assist school Principal and Leadership Team members with a wide variety of daily responsibilities; and
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Possesses excellent word processing (Microsoft Word) and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency with web-based applications is essential
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to field phone calls with professionalism, tact, common sense, and persistency
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Customer focused approach
  • High degree of flexibility
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in fast paced team environment
  • Has a pleasant, well-rounded, mature personality, with an absolute drive towards professionalism and customer satisfaction
  • Must be able to use a personal electronic device and email address for 2-step authentication.
