Starting Pay Range: $55,000-62,000/YR (non exempt)

What does a Executive Assistant do?

• Manages the calendar and standard correspondence for the SVP of Innovation and proactively communicates schedule changes and responses to inquiries, with the goal of providing a high level of service to those interacting with the SVP of Innovation. Plans and schedules meetings for the SVP for Innovation, VP for Digital Product Innovation and Directors.

• Accurately coordinates travel plans for the Innovation department conferences, conventions and training seminars.

• Maintains filing and organization for VP of Innovation able to locate and produce documents and information upon request. Maintains personnel files for Innovation team members.

To be successful as a Executive Assistant, you'll need:

• Minimum of five years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience, advanced education, and applicable training.

• Two years of experience in key administrative role, preferably in an IT setting.

• Exceptional professional judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information including financial, personnel and other confidential data.
