The main duties will include general office support, processing invoices, answer phones, greet clients and customers. Other duties assigned will be helping with modifying graphics for marketing material, working on excel, creating letters, and dispersing incoming/outgoing mail.

5+ years administrative assistant experience. Experience providing executive level assistance is preferred where you made travel arrangements, filed expense reports, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Word knowledge. Advanced Microsoft Outlook knowledge. Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge.
