OfficeTeam has a new and exciting opportunity in the downtown area of Pittsburgh PA! Our client is looking for a talented and experienced executive assistant!

This is a full-time temporary-to-full-time opportunity operating on a Monday through Friday schedule between the hours of 8:00AM ? 5:00PM. The candidate must possess at least 5 years of direct experience supporting a president or vice president. The responsibilities of the role include telephone work, email correspondence, travel organization, preparation of expense reports, and calendar management. Experience with Microsoft Office is a must, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

This position would be starting sometime in early October of 2018. We are looking for a candidate who fits the following criteria: - A ?go getter? who can work independently and is not afraid of a new challenge

  • Great with deadlines

  • Reliable with attendance, willing to put in extra hours if needed (come in early, stay late, hold the phone on weekends) Parking will be provided for candidate who opts to drive to the site. CGI is seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to manage the administrative duties for one of our senior executives and associated operating unit. Your future duties and responsibilities The EA will work closely with the executive and leadership team on administrative and operational initiatives. Tasks include, but are not limited to: overseeing all scheduling activities, assisting in setting up and running meetings and events (internal and external), assisting with communications activities, managing travel logistics, and completing assigned project work. As the gatekeeper of communications, he/she will interact frequently with internal clients and senior executives. Required qualifications to be successful in this role To be considered for this role, candidates must have 3+ years of executive level administrative experience and have experience with Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
