  • Organize and manage a wide variety of projects

  • Setting up presentations

  • Plan travel and meeting arrangements

  • Arrange reports and financial data

  • Vet calls

  • Instruct and direct other support staff and customer relations

Requirements

  • Excellent social skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors

  • Command of Lotus 1-2-4

  • Previous experience working with expense reports

  • Strong understanding of making travel arrangements including ground/air hotel reservations

  • Microsoft Office experience required

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Visio

  • Earlier work involving calendar managements and scheduling appointments

  • Project facilitation experience preferred

  • Quality experience with switchboard phones from 1-10 lines

  • Proven knowledge of database management

  • Practical knowledge of ordering office supplies and equipment

  • Wide ranging experience with mail processing

  • Experience with presentation preparation

  • General familiarity with account reconciliation

  • Well-founded grasp of meeting coordination and planning

  • Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks

  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration required

  • 5+ years of administrative experience supporting executives or senior level managers

  • Strong verbal written communication skills

  • Excellent administrative skills ability to interact with senior level managers

  • Proven dependability

  • Shows strong initiative problem solving

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
