About the Role:
Reporting to the Manager, Executive Administration. Our Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support for the executive leadership team and his/her reports. In this role, you will have the ability to enhance the effectiveness of the senior executive team and business leaders by scheduling meetings, planning business trips, answering phone calls, managing information requests, preparing reports and presentations, and pro-actively anticipating the needs of the executive team and business leaders. The Executive Assistant will also handle sensitive and confidential information, which requires discretion and diplomacy.

Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred; High School education or GED equivalent required.
Certified Professional Secretary preferred.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Advanced knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Internet, Concur and other web-based applications.
Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience supporting C- Level
Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication
Demonstrates ability to solve problems related to specific tasks with minimal
Demonstrates accuracy, attention to detail and ability to proof one's own work as well as the work of others
Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks, which may involve competing deadlines; including the ability to assess and prioritize work activities
Supervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibilities.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: No travel required.
WORK CONDITIONS: General office environment. Currently working remote.
