LHH is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support for executives with a wonderful Logistics company in Midtown, Atlanta, GA. This role is essential in ensuring a well-organized and efficient office environment, contributing to the overall productivity of our leadership team.

This candidate MUST be available to start as early as Tuesday Key Responsibilities: General Administrative Support: Assist all executives on floors 19 and 20 with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Be available on-site for installation or service needs as required. Mail and Communication Management: Manage physical mailings, including procurement pickups and daily delivery of mail.

Check and distribute voicemails from the digital voicemail system. Office Supplies and Breakroom Maintenance: Restock office supplies and ensure the breakroom is well stocked with coffee, beverages, and snacks for all staff on floors 19 and 20.

Maintain cleanliness of breakroom counters throughout the day. Conference Room Management: Ensure conference room tables are clean and organized after each meeting.

Clean boards after every meeting and organize chairs to maintain a professional environment. Fridge Maintenance: Clean out the refrigerator every Monday or Friday to ensure it remains tidy and organized for the week ahead.

Inventory Management: Keep track of office supply inventory, ensuring it is organized, and adequately stocked, and ordering supplies as necessary. Qualifications: MUST have 3-5 Years experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Ideally with C-Suite experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools. Job Type: Onsite M-F, 7-4 PM Contract to Hire
