KPMG is currently seeking a Executive Assistant, Tax to join our Business Tax Services organization.
Perform various administrative support to a team of Tax professionals by managing calendars, coordinating conference calls and meetings, handling time and expense reporting and Diner's Card reconciliation, and back-up support to other administrative assistants
Use problem solving techniques, tact and discretion when making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and managing other requests for information
Provide billing support to engagement teams
Act as information resource on organizational policies and procedures
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, peers and clients
Conduct special projects as directed
Minimum of two year of related experience in an office environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and/or university or equivalent work experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
Experience supporting multiple people with a strong ability to multi-task
Self-motivated, proactive, strong attention to detail and follow-up, proofreading and editing skills
