KPMG is currently seeking a Executive Assistant, Tax to join our Business Tax Services organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform various administrative support to a team of Tax professionals by managing calendars, coordinating conference calls and meetings, handling time and expense reporting and Diner's Card reconciliation, and back-up support to other administrative assistants

  • Use problem solving techniques, tact and discretion when making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and managing other requests for information

  • Provide billing support to engagement teams

  • Act as information resource on organizational policies and procedures

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, peers and clients

  • Conduct special projects as directed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two year of related experience in an office environment

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and/or university or equivalent work experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet

  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills

  • Experience supporting multiple people with a strong ability to multi-task

  • Self-motivated, proactive, strong attention to detail and follow-up, proofreading and editing skills

Day to Day This role plays a pivotal part in helping to managing critical and complex activities related to Investor Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Investor Earnings Calls, and Monthly Finance Meetings. This includes coordinating and communicating with both internal and external parties. * Act in a project coordinator role to track and communicate on key deliverables from projects and meetings. * Provide support to CFO's direct reports and other executives/leaders Required Skills * 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably supporting a senior level executive. * Advanced proficiency with complex calendaring in Microsoft Outlook or Office365 that includes previous experience exercising discretion in schedule management. * High proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with an enterprise expense management system (Concur preferred) * Experience working with highly sensitive information and a demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality. * Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal.
