Kelly Services is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to manage daily office operations, administrative tasks, and HR functions for a Law Firm in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities: This position will oversee HR tasks, manage employee records, and ensure the smooth coordination of office operations with both staff and leadership.
Manage daily office operations, including acting as the receptionist, secretary, and general office manager. Oversee HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining accurate employee records, and managing office supplies inventory. Coordinate with staff and leadership to promote efficient office operations.
Ensure the office environment is well-organized and equipped to meet team needs. 3-7 years of experience in a similar administrative role, with a strong understanding of office management and HR processes. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, legal studies, or communications) a plus Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) a plus Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with both leadership and staff.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office management software is a plus.
