JUST is looking for an Executive Assistant that will support the Chief of Staff to the CEO. In this role, you'll be a critical team member who will have the opportunity to participate in wide-ranging, highly visible strategic tasks and projects to support our business objectives. This role will grow and develop you into a Chief of Staff.

We are looking for candidates that are detail-oriented, problem solvers, calm under pressure, and clear communicators. You have an innate passion to learn all aspects of the business and taking on new challenges and projects in support of the Chief of Staff and Founder & CEO.

Role

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively identifying gaps and inefficiencies while working to smooth the seams and keep the team on track;

  • Develop a deep understanding of the business and cross-functional teams through ongoing collaboration and communication;

  • Calendar management, requiring coordination with both internal and external team members;

  • Schedule domestic and international travel;

  • Reconcile business expenses in a timely manner and continuously track against budget;

  • Build and manage company contact database and ensure consistent communication and engagement;

  • Assist with creating presentations based on provided content and feedback;

  • Provide back-up support to the Chief of Staffs, or other administrative tasks for the company.

  • Execute personal tasks for the CEO, as necessary

  • Experience handling a wide range of administrative tasks and projects;

  • 3+ years providing administrative support to one or more C-level executives;

  • Must love dogs (or at least be comfortable in a work environment with them).

  • Ability to pass a standard background check

The assistant is the point of contact for all board and committee activities and will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the organization's quarterly newsletter publication. The Executive Assistant is also responsible for scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, drafting correspondence and maintaining board member files/database as well as coordinating work with other department executives, assistants and coordinating in-house events, as needed.
