Title insurance company seeking an executive assistant to provide unprecedented administrative support to the President/COO and support other departments as needed. This role requires a tech savvy, well-organized professional with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and project management skills.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist with current and on-going priorities, activities, and action items, and conduct in-depth research as needed.

  • Maintenance of daily calendar

  • Generation of correspondence, memorandums and file notes

  • Screening of incoming calls, taking appropriate action as necessary

  • Provide back up, as needed, to the front desk receptionist and VP Corporate Administration and Executive Support Administrator

  • Travel expense reports.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, meetings, etc.

  • Coordinate performance and personnel management process

  • Handle National Markets projects on an as needed basis.

  • Coordinate staff social events and company participation in charitable projects, as directed by the President/COO

  • Wire and Check Approvals

  • Maintain confidential business and personal financial information for President/COO.

Position Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree required

  • Prior executive administration experience preferred

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to work with numbers

  • Outstanding organizational skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and telephone demeanor

  • Proven ability to handle time management and client relationships demands

  • Effectively establish and maintain business relationships

  • Team player who can work independently

  • Ability to exercise good business judgment and independent thinking

  • Proficiency in software applications, including: MS Word, MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, and Adobe Acrobat
