We are seeking an exceptionally organized and proactive Executive Assistant with a unique blend of analytical skills, project management experience, and financial acumen to support our Chief Operating Officer. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role requires the capability to work autonomously on projects, drive initiatives forward, and collaborate seamlessly across various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

Analytical Expertise:

  • Conduct analysis, including data gathering, modeling, and reporting using Excel and other relevant software.

  • Utilize analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within data.

Project Management:

  • Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams, facilitating meetings, documenting progress, and resolving any issues that arise.

  • Develop and implement project plans, track milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

  • Compile and analyze data from various sources to support business initiatives and inform key stakeholders.

Collaboration and Relationship Building:

  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues across departments, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public health, finance, organizational psychology, or related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate data using Excel, or similar software.

  • Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.

  • Financial knowledge and proficiency in financial analysis.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and tackle challenges head-on.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and influence others effectively.

COMPENSATION

  • Range: $ 82,976.00 - 104,940.00/year

This amount is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee, which is always dependent on actual experience, education and other factors.

This range does not include any additional equity, benefits, or other non-monetary compensation which may be included.
