The Executive Assistant (EA) role is critical in supporting the CEO and other executives by managing calendars, coordinating business initiatives, and handling confidential matters. The EA must be highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The role involves direct interaction with internal and external stakeholders, making strong communication and interpersonal skills essential. Key Responsibilities : Calendar & Travel Management : Managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and arranging travel and accommodations. Event Coordination : Organizing events, customer visits, meetings, and internal gatherings, including handling catering and logistics.
Administrative Support : Drafting reports, correspondences, and presentations for the CEO and the executive team, managing confidential information, and organizing office supplies and shipments. Task & Project Management : Prioritizing projects, following through on deadlines, and handling special assignments for the CEO and executive team. Key Competencies : Organizational Skills : Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple, often competing, deadlines.
Confidentiality : Exercises discretion and handles sensitive information with professionalism. Communication : Strong verbal and written skills, with a high standard of professionalism. Judgment & Decision-Making : Capable of making informed decisions independently, showing initiative in handling tasks.
Work Environment : Hybrid schedule (4 days in the office). Ability to maintain professionalism while interacting with senior-level stakeholders and visitors. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting executive or C-suite personnel Experienced with booking and managing travel and expense reporting Prior office management experience Expected pay: $30-$32 /hour
