The Executive Assistant III provides high-level support in the areas of scheduling, event planning, travel management, and other related administrative tasks.

Salary offered commensurate with experience.
Acts as the central liaison and initial point of contact for Vice Chancellor (VC)
Manages executive meetings with internal and/or external stakeholders
Prepares itineraries for executive staff and guests
Maintains VC calendar and assists with creating agenda for executive meetings
Manages travel accommodations for VC and executive leadership
Processes travel reimbursements by ensuring proper documentation and adhering to UAMS guidelines
Manages a variety of projects including the annual staff retreat, quarterly Regional Team meetings, bi-annual regional faculty meetings, quarterly Advisory Board meetings and some dinners and special events
Serves on the Employee Engagement Committee
Supports and serves as back-up to the Human Resources Manager
Ensures proper documentation is obtained and completed for new hires and assist with orientation
May perform other duties as assigned.
Must have the ability to supervise a small staff of clerical employees, compile information into report form, make recommendations on administrative office needs and operate office equipment.
Must possess excellent organization and problem solving skills and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
