Fanatics Live and Marketplace are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO located in Los Angeles, CA. In this fast-paced environment, we are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, thrives in a team setting with minimal supervision, and is passionate about contributing to the growth of a business with offices spanning multiple time zones. This will be a 6-month contract to cover a leave of absence, with the potential for a full-time role within the business at the end of term.

What you'll do...

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including organizing internal/external meetings, offsites, and travel arrangements. Coordinate with Family Office assistant on external engagements.

  • Prioritization: Help the CEO prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and focus on key strategic initiatives.

  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items from leadership meetings. Keep track of important deadlines and commitments.

  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating and tracking various projects led by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Information Management: Maintain confidentiality and organize sensitive information, documents, and emails. Prepare briefing materials for meetings and presentations in conjunction with the head of Strategy.

  • Communication: Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Handle emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.

  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for the CEO.

  • Event Coordination: Support in organizing company events and special initiatives led by the CEO.

Who you are...

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment

  • Understands priorities and exercises sound judgment to make appropriate trade-offs

  • Must have strong business acumen, be well-organized, have great time management skills and ability to multi-task within a dynamic, start-up culture

  • Can maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Experience with Slack and ClickUp a plus

  • Cheerful demeanor with a positive and upbeat attitude. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing startup environment

  • Proactive, organized, multi-tasking individual who is self-directed

  • Strong customer service orientation, with ability to handle both external and internal stakeholders with professionalism and maturity

$88,000 - $120,000 a year

The salary range for this position is $88,000- $120,000 which represents base pay. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
