What we want
The Executive Assistant II performs advanced professional assistance work for the Academic Dean in the Law School. The role requires the ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision. The ideal candidate maintains high-level interactions with the campus community and assists with highly confidential and critical academic and/or administrative matters.

Required Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five years of experience in office administration.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications.
Ability to learn and effectively use other platforms that are more specific to the University.
Skill in: composing a variety of correspondence; maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive matters with discretion and tact; interacting with students, faculty and staff at all levels in a courteous and efficient manner; planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing tasks; and initiating and completing work without instruction.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification: Certified Administrative Professional.
Six years administrative experience in a university setting.
Experience with Concur and Workday systems.
Proficient in Microsoft suite products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
