Are you an experienced professional who is detail-oriented, exercises discretion, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? The Office of the Provost is seeking an administrative professional for the next great member of our team. As an Executive Assistant II, you will provide dedicated assistance to the Provost while also serving as the assistant to the Chief of Staff. Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, be an effective communicator, and be committed to fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere within our office. Each day will be rewarding as you provide support to high-level administrators including monitoring action items, creating meeting agendas and preparing communications on the executive's behalf, assisting the Office of he Provost as we empower and nurture Aggies to succeed in experiential and transformational education and discovery to meet the needs of a complex world through the strategic development, effective delivery, and strong support of excellent academic programs and services.
Essential Duties/Tasks
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Four years of experience in office administration.
