Bachelors degree or higher with eight years of operational experience, and a track record of organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for executive level administrative support to the SVP & Chief Customer Officer. This position is an essential role in a broad range of activities necessary to drive and manage critical operational and strategic aspects of our growing company. Working closely with the CCO's leadership team, this person will support the execution of strategic initiatives through coordination, tracking, and monitoring of activities and deliverables for the CCO. Position requires excellent administrative and organizational skills, handling of the highest level of confidential information, and good public relations. Exercise discretionary powers and independent judgment that directly support management activities on a daily basis. Perform tasks under general supervision. .
Act as "thought partner" to the CCO.
Facilitate and manage a broad range of projects to help ensure attainment of strategic priorities consistent with corporate goals. Work with leadership team members individually and collectively on key business projects.
Represent the CCO in meetings, by email, and phone calls with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the CCO in meetings by taking notes and assuming responsibility for completion of action items.
Ensure timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the CCO.
Maintain accurate confidential files and data records.
Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CCO, to ensure consistent communication and ensure involvement or decision-making at the proper time.
Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
