Executive Assistant Role
Executive Assistants play an integral role in supporting the firm's merger and acquisition advisory activities. As an Executive Assistant, you will have a high-level of exposure to management and complete critical tasks, initiatives, and special projects to facilitate the efficient operation of your executive, team, and firm.
Along with support from your mentor and deal team, you will:
Perform a wide range of administrative, logistical, special project and general office related duties, including some personal assistant related work
Prepare presentations and materials
Conduct research using internal customer relationship system and external sources
Support executive's origination efforts
Provide direction, support, and coordination to executive
Manage executive inbox, calendar and phone calls

Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
Salaries may vary within the range based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
Role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
