As they work towards achieving our mission, our executives need the support of gifted administrative assistants, preferably those who have advanced degrees in cat herding (if youve not seen that YouTube video, its time to watch it!).

MISSION OF A JOYN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Support key executives, handling the administrative functions and removing unnecessary distractions from their day-to-day efforts.
Develop and implement reporting methodology for ensuring executive is kept informed daily regarding high priority / time sensitive items.
Effectively manage executive calendaring in Outlook, including:
Ensuring internal meetings are scheduled same day as requested
External meetings are scheduled within one week of being requested
Executives calendar preferences are consistently observed
Remove all clerical duties from executives desk, by handling all photocopying, lunch ordering, travel logistics, filing, etc.
Collaborate with team members, keeping others informed about the status of tasks and projects.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements (applicable to EAs supporting client-facing executives)
Support the larger JOYN team by participating in corporate projects and handling front desk responsibilities, as needed.
Within the first 90 days, take over full management of Executives Email and Calendar
