NFP is currently seeking an individual to join our Employee Benefits team as an Executive Assistant for the Mid-Atlantic Managing Directors for Golden&Cohen, LLC. The Executive Assistant will work closely with both our Managing Directors, and is responsible for all administrative and operational aspects of the office.
Required Qualities/ Skills
Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant with increasing levels of responsibility.
Thinks beyond their own job tasks and considers the bigger picture and what's best for internal partners and external client service delivery.
Proficient in full Microsoft Office Suite with fluency in PPT and Excel required.
Superior Calendar Management skills
Job Duties / Responsibilities
On a granular level, you will set appointments, coordinate team events, prepare client presentations, update marketing materials, enter data in Excel and SalesForce, assist with special projects and provide back-up to administrative team members.
Coordinate all aspects of internal and external meetings including but not limited to confirming all meetings and appointments as directed by the Managing Director, reserving meeting space, and preparing the conference room with audio-visual technology as needed
Handle all confidential business matters and works independently on special assignments.
Facilitate all aspects of the meeting prep process, coordinating with all necessary departments to gather and compile appropriate materials that will lead to a successful meeting.
Maintain heavy, complex and frequently changing calendar, reporting, and travel arrangement and itinerary development.
Thorough, accurate and reliable when performing and completing job task, and should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
Provide a bridge for smooth, accurate communication between the Partner's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support.
Exceedingly well organized, flexible and able to prioritize in a fast paced environment

Answering Phones, Directing to appropriate department
Greeting at front desk
Mail distribution, FedEx/UPS
Assistance w personal tasks
Copying, faxing printing binding
In house password tracking
Track/calculate mileage for submittal
Office equipment troubleshooting/postage machine
Mail Holiday cards
