About the job

Elixirr is a different type of consultancy. We help our clients change the game in their industries, and we're changing the game in our own.

We help executive boards to truly understand this, and then work with them to ensure their business model can respond effectively to disruptive market forces.

Our focus is on delivering beyond expectations for our client's incumbent organisations who are struggling to keep up with, and respond to, today's pace of technological change to deliver what their customers now expect.

To us, communication, professionalism and discretion is everything and we are now looking for an Executive Assistant to maintain these values from our NYC office for our senior US Partner team.

  • Coordinate and manage the Partner's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements across time zones.

  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them to optimize the Partner's time.

  • Research, organize and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring the Partners are well-informed.

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

  • Able to build strong relationships and have exceptional relationship management skills.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing expenses, contracts and spreadsheets and more general administrative support for the wider US business, as required.

  • Inputting data into internal systems and handling other ad hoc tasks.

  • Be physically present in the NYC office 5 days a week and assist with the general upkeep of the office including cleanliness of meeting rooms, seeing to clients and guests upon arrival, booking and managing meeting rooms, ordering catering needs when required and other ad hoc tasks.

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Partners, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of prior SVP level or C-level Executive Assistant work experience, preferably in a medium to large firm.

  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Working in discretion and confidentiality is essential.

  • Self-starter with the ability to complete tasks under tight deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
