Eaton's AER MSD Mission System Division is currently seeking an Executive Assistant. Looking for candidates who would enjoy working with global teams, be part of digital journey, and thrive in fast pace dynamic environment. This role is based at our Davenport, IA facility. The Executive Assistant will provide exceptional administrative & analytical support to Mission Systems Davenport site leadership team. The role involves enhancing the efficiency and readiness of the leadership team by effectively managing various administrative tasks and projects.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $67500.0- $99000.0 a year.

What you'll do:
The Executive Assistant acts as the primary liaison among executives, employees, and external partners, the assistant must demonstrate excellent problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills. Success in this role requires a self-motivated, confident, enthusiastic, and highly adaptable individual with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities demonstrated level of analytical skills.
