The Executive Assistant II supports the administrative needs of the Vice President of Revenue Management & Chief Analytic Officer, AVP of Managed Care, AVP of Supply Chain and associated departmental leaders.

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • Three years experience as an executive assistant.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and PowerPoint. Workday Finance ERP and Microsoft Visio experience a plus

  • Proficient with copy machines, fax machines, printers.

  • Ability to work independently and handle a multi task environment.

  • Exemplary time management skills, solid organizational, planning, prioritization, and self-motivation skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong customer service, interpersonal skills, professional demeanor and communication skills. Ability to maintain positive internal and external customer relationships

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email

  • Good judgement and strong stewardship of confidential data.

Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Management, the Director of Ambulatory Revenue Cycle is responsible for managing the overall performance of the Ambulatory Revenue Cycle for Adventist Healthcare's Imaging Centers, Physician Network and Urgent Care Facilities. The Director is responsible for the maximization of revenue and cash flow while maintaining the highest levels of patient, physician and employee satisfaction and relations. This includes management oversight of business related functions of the patient visit from point of entry to accurate adjudication of the patient's account. Specific areas of responsibility include coding, billing and collections, patient insurance data processing, denials management, integrity of patient accounts and accounts receivable management. This position includes a significant amount of vendor performance management and coordination. The Director of Ambulatory Revenue Cycle is responsible for the direction of these efforts in collaboration with Ambulatory leadership to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of charge capture, coding, claims submission, follow-up, denial and underpayment management. Qualified candidates will possess: * Graduate of an accredited school with a minimum of a Bachelor degree required, Master's Degree preferred * Ambulatory Revenue Cycle experience required * Coding experience preferred * Two to Four years of supervisory experience * Problem solving and leadership qualities Work Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm - 40 hours per week At Adventist HealthCare our job is to care for you.
