Executive Assistant
CRG is currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator to support our client's executive team and ensure the smooth operation of their calendars, events, and other administrative functions. This long-term contract opportunity is perfect for someone seeking to gain more hands-on experience working at a large company, or someone between roles looking to add more experience to their resume!
Location: Winston-Salem, NC - HYBRID
Opportunity Type: Long Term Contract (at least through February 2025!)
Pay/Compensation: $30/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Coordinate and facilitate executive-level meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a professional and efficient work environment.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
Coordinate maintenance and repair services for office equipment and facilities.
Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are handled.
Assist in organizing team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication across departments and with external partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably in a large organization.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
