Heavy calendar management and maintenance
All travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, car rental, and car service reservations
Submit expense reports in a timely manner and according to travel policy and accounting guidelines
Obtain all necessary approvals for travel and expenses in a timely manner
Communications (correspondence, scanning, telephone coverage )
Event planning (seminars, outings, etc.)
Maintain attendance for group and submit out of office time in HR system
Facilitate client/internal meetings (booking conference room, entering guests in building visitor system, providing refreshments, and ordering special equipment as needed)
Maintain/purchase office supplies
New hires set-up/departures and moves
Coordinate facilities issues as they come up
General administrative duties
Act as backup for other assistants, as needed
